Grand Master Bos Seminar

On Sunday 8th October, Zoya, Megan and myself stayed in the Midlands, following the T-UK British Championships and travelled to Straford-Upon Avon for a seminar conducted by an ITF legend, Grand Master Bos and his son and World Champion Timothy Bos

The seminar started with a complex warm up and then pattern work. After a level of pattern had been completed, the class was split with Timothy taking everyone through sparring drills and the seniors continuing senior patter work.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable day and we are always privileged to be in the company of Grand Master Boss.
