T-UK Technical Course

On Sunday 3rd March, the T-UK Technical Course was presented by Master Andrew Crisp and Master James Miley at the Trident Academy in Sale, Manchester.

The course took student through all coloured belt pattern from Four Direction to Choong-Moo, as well as covering technical kicking and Set Sparring.

These Courses are always well received and this one was no different with a lot of technical information being shared in an informative and relaxed way.

Megan Bostock and Anton Chung represented T-UK Leeds and I’m sure both have taken a lot from the day. For those who missed this opportunity, there will be another course later in the year.
